Don't let the lopsided comments reported by WRIC-TV fool you. Certain elements are good at flooding the zone with mass comment campaigns to "pretend" that the masses support their ideology.

RGGI is a bad idea to begin with. Virginia can walk and chew bubble gum at the same time without having to bow to California or New York or anyone else.

Despite lower emissions in Virginia, RGGI has not and will not lower CO2 in the atmosphere. Virginia uses electricity from the entire PJM interconnection region, including several states which are not a part of any such compact.
