comment on the proposed amendment 4VAC10-30-170.

To Whom it may concern

I think you should make an amendment to 4vac10-30-170 to allow valid conceal permit holders to carry in the state forest for self defense. How the law is stated LAW ABIDING CITIZENS that go through the proper classes to get our permit and go through a background checks can not carry for there protection. So that leaves the people that shows disreguard for our laws to carry concealed and able to use the firearms in breaking other laws. If a man sell illegal drugs, rapes women, steals someone elses belonging, assults someone or even murders them I know they will abide by a law that states they can not carry a concealed weapon. So If I'm out with my family in the forest who will protect us when most cell phones don't work in the forest law enforecement is 30 mins or further out. In a time the state is hurting on money and is cutting jobs in public safety who will be there for me and my family. The answer is no one and remember if you outlaw guns the only ones that will have them will be outlaws. So I'm asking for you to please reveiw this and support OUR second amendment.

Thank You

Law abiding citizen
