We in Virginia need laws that a coherent, simplified and standardized.  If you can open carry most places in Virginia, we should have the ability to open carry also with this new regulation as well as concealed.   Crime can happen anyplace anywhere.  I believe you are doing the right thing for families allowing them to protect themselves.  Just knowing I have one less thing to worry about (random crime) while on our land that you are keeping for us.  Thank you for the change.
