I would like to know who's ultimately in charge of the BTRO?? Is it the state of Virginia or MIHROA??? (I think we all know the answer to that one!!) A member of MIHROA told towers at a meeting last night that they exist to put the small towers out of business!! I believe BTRO has the same objective! If the BTRO truly existed for the well being of the towing industry then they would have made more of an effort to inform all Virginia towers of the proposed regulations and take our comments and opinions more seriously!
