In My Opinion:  This paragraph is not orealistic or legal in my opinion.  Everyone shuld retain the right to confront his or her accuser.

Remember--the Russions had neighbors spying and reporting  on their neighbors.  It created great distrust of everyone.

This kind of thinking reminds me that our competitors are also on this Board.  Already, I'm developing a great distrust for some of the Board's members who may have introduced this and other items of this proposal/
