This allows the towing company to present their side of the story when accused of wrongful conduct..."

Many have a Advisory Board... here in Henrico we do not.. although I have heard serveral companues & attorneys mention to Henrico that a Towing Advisory Board is REQUIRED... ?.

Providing the services to the police depeartments is a pride and joy.. there will aways be two sides of the story....there seems to be a issue of the Police Dept ACTUALLY backing up Towing Companies.. just rather go along with the those in charge of things.

I have been unjustly removed from the Henrico rotation for unjust reasons.. here and actually getting the support to accept that the Towing Company is a a asset to the community as well as to them seems hard...

I think there is a need for some form of regulation which serveral areas have.. a better way to doing this is needed...

Seems in a issue where a customer makes a complaint( in retalliation none the less) it opens up a BIG can or worms and like Ive learned .. you're already GUILTY and must find to show you are a honest, family man ..small business owner trying to do everyone right and do no wrong.....

Very hard.. seems any more ya need a lawyer for everything these days... wish there was a way to just go back the the older time periods as some have stated.. with everything was done within a small community where ya lived......I mean how in the world can what works for say Louisa County.. be the same For NewPort News?
