They assumed everyone had a perfect connection and reliable source of internet service
 

If the attendant is in another part of the house, it will say we are at neighbor's house, and wants an explanation saying you are not at address for consumer.  If we go out somewhere we get same issues and it will not allow to clock on and out.  You have to be connected to internet and GPS to even sign in.  I switched from Verizon I had for years and went Cox just to be able to get on the portal as Verizon in my area was very slow and i often get kicked off.  They cannot fix it as Verizon has cut staff and barely maintaining lines and gearing up with G5.  But no one knows when that will be available in my area.  I spent years teaching my child his phone number and now its changed.  I have to pay more money for a reliable source of internet and now a cell phone bill.  NO one ever accounted for the increased expenses and all the internet problems.  They assumed everyone had a perfect connection and reliable source of internet service.
