Just found out another restriction besides evv that DMAS is putting on the only useful service consumer directed attendant care.  No reason to stay here since they are effectively eliminating consumer directed care with impossible evv . Evv has caused a lot of harm. Is this Virginia’s way to get everyone away from families and into nursing homes ?
