DMAS seems to think if more training is out there then problems will be solve and people will magically start being ok with be tracked and purchasing a phone to enter time.  This isn't really the issue.  The issue is these are people fighting to live a meaningful life in the community.  DMAS is taking that away from them by implementing a harmful surveillance system.
