I heard that California is now looking into just not doing EVV cause they realized the 1% loss is isn't as big of a cost at EVV will cost to implement. I wonder if Virginia looked at this issue at all. In the economic impact statement Virginia states they know most of the small businesses will close do to EVV not being cost effective. DMAS didn't seem to appreciate that numerous clients still mailed in paper timesheets or that numerous people getting this service and the workers aren't tech savvy and don't have smart devices. I am going to bet this will cost Virginia way more then they rake in for the 1% .
