My attendants have to edit times daily, because the app is always having a bad day. We are given impossible solutions from the fiscal agents' techs such as uninstall and reinstall the app daily, hire a computer expert to help, or we can use an unvetted third party app to fix the phone app. I have contacted the fiscal agent more than forty times over the last two months because of app. problems. Often concerns are escalated, but then the fiscal agent never follows up on those concerns. I am lucky if I get an a decent answer that brings resolution. The techs for the fiscal agent told me that they are aware of the many problems with the app, but there are no real solutions on the horizon. From a common sense point of view, this is preposterous and harmful to those with disabilities.
