If the federal government decided to make a law to track any other minority group how well do you think it would be received?  If Medicaid said ok blacks, Muslims, Hispanics you can have medical care but you have to log in and be tracked 4 times each day. We will also capture all your information from the phone you loaded the program on that you have to use to get Medicaid . There would be great public outcry. But because it is the disabled being tracked and not another minority it is ok to everyone. I don’t understand. We are still the only minority it is ok to discriminate against. This is wrong.
