Hours spent rectifying evv app crises every week
 

We do not think our representatives fully understand what we are going through with EVV.  We don't think it is their intention to harm, but that is what is going on.  EVV is one more burden we do not need.  The aides aren't always able to get paid.  Due to my aide not understanding EVV, I have to be around constantly to check the aide in and out so they can get credit for their work.  One whole pay period had no hours posted on the app after we diligently posted.  Trying to get help from payroll is like talking to a brick wall.  You have to wait on hold and then they tell you they will call back and don't.  The stress waiting and wondering what is going to happen is almost unbearable.  I spend hours rectifying app crises every week, and they don't always get resolved.
