Can someone please explain how this is possible?  Live ins are identified to the fiscal agents and through ISPs.   Why is DMAS making up stuff to harm clients more?  the ones that would excuse the live in the fiscal agents already know who they are.  please exempt live ins.  it will save the state millions and keep people in the community and wont cost a dime to begin.
