The DBHDS data breach was bad enough, but making something stressful and frustrating on totp of an alrady stressful and difficult job makes everything so much wors.  Why didn't you test this evv months before rolling it out?  The children and adults who count on our assistance need us to be fully there for them, not distracted, worn out, and paranoid because of a user unfriendly and non secure app.  Not copacetic!
