Virginia should exempt live in providers immediately and extend more time than March for everyone else to sort this out.  People are saying that because of evv their attendants are not getting paid.  Good attendants are being lost and our loved ones will end up in crowded, highest cost, state run facilities.  Please stop this from happening.  Please let the governor know what is going on.
