Is it true DMAS is handing government officials one page blanket statements to send to the disabled in response to their prostestations of DMAS' treatment over evv?  Is that legal?  Why would DMAS do this?  Are they not the ones touting "person centered" treatment where they "supposedly" advocate for the disabled through listening?  If true, this document disbursement harkens back to a dark history.
