I can understand clocking in and out of a normal job, but caretaking of people with special needs is especially taxing, and adding the burden of entering time worked in to EVV is a stress that attendants (especially live in ones) really do not need. In addition, the amount of time spent trying to fix problems with EVV app must be incredibly expensive to the State. The question is, why are we doing this? Does EVV really cut down on fraud? I doubt it. It just makes the lives of the people with disabilities and their caretakers that much harder.
