Rooftop Solar + Storage + EV Chargers

I urge the adoption of an Energy Plan that encourages rooftop solar + solar + EV charging (including at townhouse developments).  I have been a member of Dominion Energy's Green Power program since January 2009 (a program that does not pay for renewable projects in VA but merely purchases RECs from other States).  Dominion Energy has installed 214 MW of solar in VA, of which 80 MW was required by Amazon and 20 MW required by Microsoft.  Coming online in 2018 is 17 MW for UVA.  Where would Virginia be without this purchaser insistence?  Coal accounts for 40% of Dominion's electricity generation in VA.  Unless the State acts, this underwhelming build out of renewable energy will continue.  I am a member of the VA Solar United Neighbors coop and am having solar cells installed on my house.  My action will benefit Arlington, Virginia, and Dominion.  I am, in effect, paying for their infrastructure.  Also, solar cells should be encouraged in the Yorktown area where three old coal plants should be retired.  Thank you.  Jessica Holliday, Holliday Strategic LLC
