This is nothing but an attempt to further an agenda without any reason or cause.  How many instances of gun violence have ocurred in Virginia agency buildings? Mostly, these are incredibly safe areas and rather than recognize the training and education put forth by citizens/voters who take the time to obtain their concealed carry permit, the elected officials seek to punish law-abiding citizens.
