I absolutely OPPOSE this regulation

This regulation will not stop persons from committing violent crimes with guns on state agency property.  Anyone who is willing to commit mass murder is not going to be in any way dissuaded by a "guns free" rule.  It will only further limit the citizens' right to bear arms as protected by the U.S. Constitution.  It will fraudulently criminalize law-abiding citizens for exercising their legally protected rights.  This is not an issue of preference or personal choice.  All citizens have the right to be secure in their persons and to that effect they have the right to arm themselves in the defense of their person.

There is no ethically logical perspective from which this regulation makes sense.  This is nothing more than an anti-Virginian political move designed to put Governor McAuliffe in an even more favorable light with the Democratic Party so that he can advance his personal career at the expense of human rights.
