I oppose the this measure

The governor is not even operating on the pretext that this is a safety measure.  He wants to isolate, punish and ridicule citizens who believe their concealed carry permit should have actual utility.  Permit holders have already jumped through the hoops, provided fingerprints, undergone background checks, taken the class, etc., but this proposal is being forwarded just to show permit holders who is boss.  This regulatory action is polarizing by design.  It is a shame this Administration has made low-brow, stunt politics the new normal in the Commonwealth. Virginia used to be better than this.
