The NRA and the gun lobbyists have convinced the GOP in the Va. Assembly that open carry is covered  under the SECOND AMENDMENT...it is not.  Open carry is a rude and uncivilized leap backwards in making this a safer country.  Ban all assault weapons and make stringent laws to limit gum ownership.  This open carry law is a threat to all.
