I OPPOSE the proposed regulatory ban on carrying firearms

The executive branch has no statutory authority whatsoever to enact the proposed ban on carrying firearms in state agency buildings.  Furthermore, even if such authority existed, the ban would still be unwarranted and ineffective, since there is no evidence whatsoever that the lawful carrying of firearms by ordinary citizens contributes to criminal acts of violence in any way.  I oppose this regulation.
