Reject State Agency Ban

I am opposed to a ban on carrying legal firearms on the premises of "state agencies."

First, I am not pleased with the Governor using emergency regulation to bypass the will of the people and circumvent the General Assembly.

Second, there is no evidence that law-abiding, legal firearm owners pose any risk to others in a state agency facility.   For goodness sakes, ABC stores are retail locations no different from a grocery store. I reject the intention of some in office to create an environment of regulation that makes it difficult or impractical for Virginia citizens to exercise our rights under the Virginia Constitution and the U.S. Constitution.
