I am a state employee. I have gone through many background checks related to work, voting officer work, and concealed carry licensing.  I find it very hypocritical that the state has given me license and permission to carry a concealed weapon but the same entity tells me I am not allowed to exercise my right to carry at work or in any state agency setting. I believe the gun ban on Va state agency property is unconstitutional and should not be extended.
