This is a solution in search of a problem and makes law abiding Virginia citizens less safe.  Gun free zones are not respected by criminals.  We don't prohibit free speech in Virginia state/agency buildings because someone might say something others might not like to hear.  This regulation smacks of prior restraint and big brother knows best government at its worst.
