This is simply a regulatory non-starter.  It addresses the political agenda of the governor, and disregards the facts about licensed concealed carry citizens. More importantly it ignores the will of the people, and their birthright to self defense.  I urge the legislature to stop this blatant disregard for public safety and flagrant transgressions by this governor upon the constitution of Virginia.
