Are we as citizens consenting to a search by ABC personnel when we enter a store?  I've began announcing when entering  all ABC store that "I am not armed and  I do not intend to commit robbery."  I think everyone should be required to declare this when entering. Is it legal to consider an ABC retail store and exeutive branch office?
