Until VA reverses it's stance on reciprocity and abandons further regulations on law abiding citizens, I will not be visiting your state for tourism purposes.

In the event I must enter your state, I will open carry so as to stay in compliance with your local laws.

If I do need to get a license in order to concealed carry in your state, I will give preference to any other state's non-resident permit you recognize rather than spend one cent on your's.

I already paid for mine in Tennessee, and Tennessee still welcomes your vetted carriers.  We like tourists.
