Prevent something that has never happened?

There have been no shootings on executive branch property in Virginia.

Virtually all mass shootings have occurred in "gun free zones."

Potential shooters believe there will be few, if any, armed individuals present in "gun free zones" to counter their actions.

You have not protected state employees and private citizens from gun violence.

You have created many more "gun free zones" that focus terrorist attention on state employees and citizens visiting executive branch offices.

I request a public hearing.
