As citizens of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Virginia, we the people have the RIGHT to have guns and carry them.  It is understandable the concern that has arisen in recent months over a few individuals' actions with firearms to consider ways to enforce and improve upon the 'gun laws' that are already on the books.  We don't need any new laws, we need better enforcement of the laws that already exsists.
