The Second Amendment rules over state actions such as this one from Virginia Gov. McAuliffe, who may not realize that many Democrats oppose his "emergency" state agency gun ban, because they expect the state to represent them and protect them from assaults on their God given right to self defense. Many citizens in Virginia could be harmed or killed because pf this action by the Governor.
