The right of the people to keep and bare arms, shall NOT be infringed and by the same reasoning, why destroy the existing  reciprocity agreements we now enjoy with several other states. No governor has a right to rewrite the US Constitution, that would amount to a dictatorship. If you do not agree with the Constitution  and the rights of the people, use the legal process and offer a Constitutional amendment.
