A person intent in causing harm doesn't care about laws, regulations or rules banning the carry of firearms.  Infact, no gun zones become targets of these people just for that fact.  Gun free zones offer criminals extra time to commit their acts, since they know the national average for police to respond is 11 minutes.  This executive order is placing all employees and visitors in the Executive Branch offices at increased risk of one of these events happening.
