This is a huge pile of crap! There needs to be a hearing on this issue! This State has been ran long enough by Democrats who deliberately ignore the People and the Constitution and the Bill of Rights! These people that implemented the ban on Concealed Carry permits from out of State need to be recalled and removed from their posts! I say arrest these Democrats for breaking their Oaths of Office! They have put us in danger by letting in these illegal 'refugees' in from Syria and now they want to erode OUR Second Amendment rights! They want to take the rights away for self defense and cave in to the Muslims! I am sick and tired of these elitists who think they are above the law and shove dictatorial b.s. down our throats...we need to get these elected officials out of office and replace them with people that represent what we need...not the needs of Muslims and stripping people of their rights! The Dem party wants to get us all killed! I am a Virginian and I am tired of these Democrats that refuse the rights of the people!
