Your arbitrary law to not honor out of state CCW permits can only hurt Virginia. Actions by the 25 states are already hurting trade, commerce and tourism for Virginia citizens. This law, if reciprocated by the 25 (or more) states, can put Virginians in harms way when traveling out of state. Why, during heightened terrorist alert status, would you enact legislation against the 2nd Amendment, disarming out of state citzens who are guilty of no wrongdoing ?  This is a time to strengthen our defenses, not weaken Virginians !
