There have been no shooting incidents in the executive branch agency offices in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Designating these area as gun-free zones is an invitation to criminals and terrorists.  This regulation makes the public and employees of the commonwealth less safe.

This regulation will be followed only by law-abiding citizens.  Any person who has decided to commit the crime of murder is certainly not going to abide by this regulation.

I request that the comment period be extended for another 30 days.
