This ban MUST be defeated ! If it stays in effect, it will NOT keep these buildings safe ! It will only insure that the  honest, law-abiding cutizens will be helpless. To defend themselves from those that have no regard for law, order, or the safety of others. Please make sure this is corrected in time.
