I feel the Governors's "emergency" ban on guns in state buildings is a mistake. In the first place since no one has ever been shot in a state building I feel an emergency executive action without public comment is an abuse of power. I further feel that government buildings especially ones that are gun free zones are inviting targets for terrorists and lunatics. Our freedom was won with illegal and unregistered firearms, please look to the VCDL for guidance on second amendment issues. Thank you.
