JADA MEREDITH LLC

I am asking DMAS to please reconsider eliminating Independent Services Facilitators because this support is incredibly important to my mother and our entire family.

Through Jada Meredith, LLC, Miss Jada has provided much more than assistance with services. She has been someone we can trust, someone who listens to our concerns, helps us understand the process, advocates for my mother’s needs, and makes sure that her care and services are being properly supported. Having someone familiar with my mother and our family has given us comfort and peace of mind.

For families caring for a loved one, navigating services and making sure everything is in place can already be overwhelming. Losing an independent facilitator who knows our family, understands my mother’s needs, and has built a trusting relationship with us would create additional stress and uncertainty.

I truly value the personal, consistent, and compassionate support we have received through Jada Meredith, LLC. Eliminating Independent Services Facilitators could take away an important source of stability for families like ours and could also threaten the ability of trusted small providers like Jada Meredith, LLC to continue serving the community.

Please consider the families who depend on these relationships and the difference that individualized support makes in our loved ones’ lives. I respectfully ask DMAS to keep Independent Services Facilitators as an option so that families can continue receiving the trusted support they need.

Thank you for listening to the voices of families and considering the impact this change could have on our loved ones.
