Please stay in RGGI

Please stay in RGGI!  We have a climate crisis!  It is important to give incentives to Dominion Energy and others a monetary reason to lower our carbon emissions and to help those that will be the most affected by flooding and other climate catastrophes.  Dominion Energy and other energy companies can do so much more and this is the bare minimum.

I am from Alexandria, VA and although we are not on the coast, flooding is a problem now and will be getting worse for the foreseeable future.

Unfortunately, those folks most affected by floods and high winds are usually the ones that can least afford it.  RGGI is really amazing in that it really helps with climate justice by targeting folks that need help the most.

RGGI is also written into law so not even sure that it can be undone by the executive branch alone.
