It is remarkable that anyone would consider leaving the RGGI as the real and destructive effects of climate change are happening all around us. Participating in this initiative is the least we can do to mitigate the devastating effects of climate based disasters. Leaving the RGGI is an unethical, short-sighted, and potentially disastrous choice for Virginia. Protect Virginians and act responsibility by remaining in the RGGI.
