So the governor thinks that Virginians would rather save $2.67 on their monthly electric bill than saving the livability of earth for their children and grandchildren?  Wrong!

So  walking away from millions of dollars for energy efficiency improvements for low income households and flood resilience is sound government policy?  No way!

So the Air Board has the authority to cancel this program?  And the Air Board is responsible for lowering consumer costs?  Since when?

Leave RGGI alone.  It is too important for the future.
