We need to reduce greenhouse gases to address climate change and RGGI is one cooperative tool to do that within our region.  Our earth's resources are the driver of our economy.  We have to take care of what we have.  We also need to protect our communities from the  increasing natural disasters resulting from climate change.  I strongly support Virginia's participation in RGGI.
