It is very wise to continue strong support for the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.  Energy efficiency for affordable housing provides economic relief for families paying for utilities.  In addition, it is an asset to our community's environment.  The same reasoning can be used for weatherization.  Both efforts improve public health, which is a win for both families, educational achievement, and employment goals.  The RGGI makes sense for all in the community!
