The following is a quote from The Appalachian Voices:

“By participating in RGGI, Virginia limits carbon pollution from power plants and funnels millions of dollars into climate resilience projects. To date, our communities have received $370 million for flood prevention and energy efficiency programs.”

Why in the world should Virginia pull out of such a beneficial program during this time of environmental crises?  Please consider your actions and support of this plan carefully!
