Reason: Title 4. CONSERVATION AND NATURAL RESOURCES VIRGINIA SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION BOARD Notice of Suspension of Regulatory Process November 22, 2013 Title of Regulations: 4 VAC 50-70. Resource Management Plans Regulations Notice is hereby given that on November 21, 2013, in accordance with § 2.2-4015 A 4 of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Soil and Water Conservation Board directed the suspension of the Board’s Resource Management Plans Regulations. The regulations were set to become effective on December 6, 2013 as published on May 6, 2013 in Volume 29 - Issue 18 of the Virginia Register of Regulations. The Board indicated their intent to consider a new effective date of the regulations at their first regular meeting in 2014. Contact for additional information: David C.
