I live near and have fished the Shen. River for the last 55 yrs.
I believe we need poultry waste regulations to protect and ensure the safety of one our state's best assets.  While I am sympathetic and thankful for our poultry growers I am also aware that they must be responsible for the waste management practices that are now unregulated. Poultry waste cannot be spread indiscriminately just to get ready for the next brood of birds.
