Shenandoah Riverkeeper generally supports the adoption of these ammendments to the poultry litter regulation which are designed to regulate the use of poultry litter by poultry brokers and by end-users.  We have submitted extensive comments (that wouldn't fit here on regulatory town hall) including testimony from the Technical Advisory Committee meetings and photographs of real world Shenandoah Valley poultry litter problems that are occurring right now.   Please see comments titled "Shenandoah Riverkeeper Comments Poultry Litter End User Regulations Final"
